Event Cancellation Policy

Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations. If Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc. refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Event Cancellation by Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc.

Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc. reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable. If Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc. cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. In the case of postponement, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new future date.

In the case of inclement weather, the Chamber office follows the Upstate New York schedule. If an event is canceled or if Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc. is closed, it will be posted on the Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc. website at earthboundmetaphysical.com.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is three business days (48 hours) before the event. The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is seven business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder and include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number found on your receipt that has been emailed or sent to you via text message.

These policies apply to all Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc. events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Clinical Hypnosis

While hypnosis has scientifically documented beneficial effects, it is important to understand that hypnosis is not a substitute for proper medical attention. According to federal law, a hypnosis practitioner is not permitted to provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuing medically prescribed treatments. I do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prev.ent any disease or illness. My services are not represented as a form of medical, behavioral, or mental health care. Additionally, despite research suggesting otherwise, by law, I cannot make any health benefit claims for my services. When dealing with physical and/or mental illness or disease, it is always advisable to consult a qualified physician or therapist. Please be aware that success from any type of coaching or hypnosis process cannot be guaranteed. In order to succeed, it is necessary to adhere to the instructions of the hypnotist and complete any given assignments, such as practicing self-hypnosis at home. Furthermore, achieving your desired outcome requires your own effort. If you are under medical or psychological care, we may require a written referral from your provider(s). Forms for this purpose are available at no charge. It is important to never listen to hypnosis recordings while driving a car or operating machinery. It is recommended to listen to hypnosis recordings in a quiet and safe environment

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

Appointment Policy For Services Provided By Earthbound Metaphysical Shoppe Inc.

Life is uncertain and constantly changing. Sometimes even the best-laid plans need to be changed. Just like any other professional who provides you services, it is important that you keep your appointments. I respect the time you requested, and it is with respect that I provide my refund and cancellation policy, so that you have full knowledge of our professional services. With this understanding in mind:

If for any reason (illness or personal), I am not available or able to do your reading, I will give a full and complete refund, and you will then have to re-book through the scheduling system online. If you are unable to keep our scheduled appointment for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. I will be happy to reschedule our appointment to a time that is more convenient, whenever you feel it is necessary, no matter what the circumstances are, with at least a 48-hour notice that you need to reschedule. There are no refunds for missed appointments, and there are no exceptions. If you choose to cancel our appointment and request a refund, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full refund, or a partial refund of $10.00 will be sent to you. The monies will be refunded to you through Square, the company that processes all my Internet transactions.

* It is important that you allow enough traveling time to arrive at your appointment time.

* I will wait 15 minutes for your arrival.

* If during that time I have not heard from you, I will consider the scheduled appointment a missed appointment, and there are no refunds for missed appointments, with no exceptions.

* If you show up late without notification, regardless of your arrival time, you will be charged and responsible for the full session fee, with no exceptions.
