Insurance & Hold Harmless Agreement
For the safety and security of all participants, vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance for each event. Please include proof of insurance when submitting your application.

If you do not have liability insurance, you must download, sign, and submit our Hold Harmless Agreement as part of your application. This form is available for download directly from our website.

Juried Vendor Selection
To ensure a diverse, high-quality marketplace, all Earthbound events are juried. As part of your application, please submit 3 to 5 clear photos of the items you intend to sell. Our jury reviews submissions to curate a balanced and exciting selection of vendors for each event. This process helps us maintain the high standards and welcoming spirit our guests have come to expect.

How to Participate
Vendor spaces are limited and in high demand! To reserve your spot:

Download and Complete the Application: Visit our website to download the Vendor Application form.
Insurance: Include proof of liability insurance, or if you do not have insurance, download and sign the Hold Harmless Agreement from our website.
Photo Submission: Include 3 to 5 photos of your products with your application.
Submit Your Documents: Email your completed application, proof of insurance or signed Hold Harmless Agreement, and product photos to earthboundmetphysical@gmail.com. Be sure to include a brief description of your products or business.
We review every application and photo submission to ensure a diverse and exciting marketplace at each event.

Event dates, times, and locations are announced on our website, in store, via social media, and through our media partners. Our multi-channel promotion guarantees our events reach as many people as possible and provides a lively, engaging experience for vendors and visitors alike.
