**Requirements for Vendors**
To successfully apply as a vendor, you must fulfill the following requirements:

1. A completed application.
2. Submission of a certificate of liability insurance from your insurance provider, demonstrating that you hold a policy with coverage of at least $1,000,000.
3. Completion of the vendor hold harmless agreement, which protects both parties during the event.
4. Registration with the State of New York to collect sales tax; vendors must be compliant with state tax regulations.
5. Provision of six photos as part of your application: two should depict your booth setup, and four should showcase your products creatively.
6. Submission of full payment along with your application and the required documentation to finalize your spot.
